It is a robust unit with a thermal plastic cover so it can take knocks and bangs of everyday life. The aluminium backing means it does not bend and fits tightly to the ceiling. It’s cabled from the centre so it can be wired from behind but their is also enough cable to allow it to be powered from the end.
